The mission

The New Team Member Live Experience (NTMLX) is a quarterly live event at Peloton Headquarters in New York. It is designed for newly hired team members worldwide to help them get acquainted with Peloton’s business, culture, and the job functions of its major teams. The event aims to promote camaraderie and a greater sense of belonging to the business.

Since the program was new, the team wanted to create a brand for it, which they could use to market the event, design brand swag items, and create event ID badges. The brand had to represent our Member-centric approach and reflect Peloton’s current voice.

Building the concept

In spearheading this project, I wanted to craft its branding around our design ethos, deeply rooted in our “Member First” philosophy. In designing its distinctive logo, a testament to my design and conceptual skills, I wanted to prominently feature Member imagery and emphasize the human element of live experiences.

Along with the logo, event ID badges were designed in alignment with the new brand. I also overhauled all presentation decks for the event to make it cohesive with the new look and feel.

Impressive result

The project was a collaborative success, earning approval from our creative director and team. It showcased my ability to blend company values into design, creating an engaging onboarding experience that meets organizational goals and boosts engagement.

I utilized Adobe products with precision for this project. Photoshop was key for editing ID card images to ensure meticulous brand consistency. InDesign was vital for high-quality logo design suitable for print materials, while Adobe Express enabled efficient graphics creation.

This adept use of Adobe tools highlights my extensive graphic design skills, enabling me to merge different design elements into a unified and profoundly impactful brand experience.
